How do I know if something should be dry cleaned?
All garments and household items should carry a care label, look out for these symbols P in a circle and P in circle and underlined. If you’re in any doubt bring the item to us and we will be happy to give you any advice.
We have a lot of dry cleaning, can I have a discount?
We offer very competitive rates for commercial contract customers such as Hotels and Schools. For individuals we may be able to offer a discount always ask at the counter, but also watch our window and specials boards for any offers running.
Will you collect and deliver to me?
Our delivery service operates in and around East Grinstead, Crawley and Horsham.

How quickly will I get my cleaning back?
We offer a same day service for most items received before lunchtimes.
Can you do my ironing?
Yes we can! Whether it’s just a few shirts or some bed linen or bags of ironing you’ve been meaning to do – bring it in or call for a collection.
Can you wash my shirts?
We provide a speedy shirt service, and will wash and iron not only shirts but bed linen, or any hand washing you may have too.
Can you repair zips?
We can’t repair zips but we can replace most zips whether in jeans, dresses or cushion covers. Our alterations staff are excellent tailors and can do most jobs. Unfortunately we can’t offer a fitting service.
How quickly can you get repairs/alterations done?
Standard turnaround time is one week but we can get some items done in 24hours for a small extra charge.
Can you clean my Wedding Gown?
We can clean most gowns and we provide a free packing service when you but one of our storage boxes.
Can you get red wine stains out?
There is never a guarantee as all fabrics and dyes react differently, our best successes are with items that haven’t been treated before. So just bring the item in untouched as we have trained staff who specialise in stain removal. They also belong to the Guild of Cleaners and Launders to ensure they keep up to date with new developments.
Do you clean Rugs?
We can clean some small rugs but we do hire a very effective carpet cleaner for you to operate yourself.
How do I protect my clothes from moths?
Clothes should be stored in a clean storage space, they should be put away clean and ideally with an anti moth product to prevent the moth laying its eggs. It’s the larvae that cause the damage not the moth. We sell Collibri anti moth products for this purpose. |
